Pricing & Engagement
Aligned to builder success. Simple to understand. No surprise invoices.
TMS is structured around a model that keeps everyone's incentives aligned — Ritz‑Craft, builders, and MoJo Active.
Structure
How the Pricing Works
Monthly Platform & Support Fee
Each enrolled builder pays a monthly fee that covers their TMS instance — the website, CRM, platform maintenance, and access to the request-based service. This is predictable, recurring, and covers the ongoing delivery work for standard requests.
Per-Home Sold Component
A small percentage of each home sold by a TMS-enrolled builder creates an upside component tied directly to sales performance. When builders close more homes — in part because their marketing is better — Ritz‑Craft and the service model benefit proportionally.
Custom Project Fees
Larger, more complex initiatives — a ground-up rebuild, a major integration, a completely custom campaign system — are scoped and priced separately as one-time or phased project engagements. These are quoted clearly before work begins, with no ambiguity about what’s included.
Feature Contribution Credits
When a builder’s request is promoted into the shared platform core, that builder receives a temporary fee reduction or account credit. The credit reflects the value of their contribution to the broader network.
What This Means in Practice
Builders aren't paying for a retainer and hoping they get value out of it. They're paying for an active, always-on service that responds to real requests in real time. The monthly fee covers continuous delivery. The per-home component keeps the model honest — if TMS isn't helping builders sell homes, the model doesn't work for anyone.
For Ritz‑Craft, the model creates a recurring revenue line that doesn't require proportional staffing increases to maintain.

Let's have a real conversation.
We don't publish exact pricing on this page because the right structure depends on network size, enrollment goals, and how TMS fits into Ritz‑Craft's existing programs. We'd rather have a real conversation and give you an accurate picture.
